Christopher has been marketing the non-profit performing arts for nearly 20 years at arts organizations across the country.
Most recently, he served for eight years as Director of Marketing at New York City Center, where he oversaw brand and revenue management, creative direction, and sales and marketing strategy. Christopher helped to grow some of New York’s most popular arts programs, including the Fall For Dance Festival and almost 30 New York City Center Encores! productions. Christopher’s fervent interest in all things digital drove the progression of City Center’s digital marketing and social media strategies.
Outside of the office, Christopher is an accomplished triathlete and marathoner and enjoys classic cinema, ballet and theater.
Becca Goland-Van Ryn
Becca has been working with non-profit arts organizations for over 10 years, on both the agency side and as a client.
Before joining Capacity Interactive, Becca was the Assistant Marketing Director at Manhattan Theatre Club. Prior to that she spent four years at Serino Coyne, a full service Broadway advertising agency, where she managed the traditional and digital media campaigns for a wide range of clients including Lincoln Center Theater, the Big Apple Circus, STOMP, and The Book of Mormon. Becca has also held positions at New York City Center, Arden Theatre Company and The Pearl Theater Company. She has a degree in Theatre and Communications from The University of Pennsylvania.
A theatre-lover from a young age, Becca also enjoys attending dance and other performing arts events and is an avid reader and runner.
Nick joins Capacity Interactive after almost four years at Serino/Coyne, a live entertainment advertising agency. As an Account Executive, he ran strategic multi-million dollar campaigns across traditional and digital media. He also built strong client relationships for a range of high-profile accounts from Broadway and Off-Broadway to national tours and major NYC performing arts institutions.
Before Serino/Coyne, Nick was part of a three-person institutional giving team at Roundabout Theatre Company, where he helped raise over $2.5 million in foundation, corporate and government donations annually. He has also worked for Manhattan Theatre Club and The Minnesota Opera. He graduated from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota. As a lover and maker of all kinds of music, outside of the office you will most likely find him at choir rehearsal or in the audience of the latest Broadway musical or world music concert.
Jane has spent the last 10 years serving performing arts organizations in various capacities, focusing most recently on digital and social media marketing. Jane received her MA in Performing Arts Administration from NYU in the Spring of 2013. While working towards her degree, Jane held internships at Signature Theatre and Playwrights Realm and was Operations Assistant at the NYU Skirball Center for the Performing Arts. She received a BFA in Design/Technical Theatre from Emerson College in Boston.
In her free time, Jane serves as the Marketing Manager for Studio 42 – whose mission to produce “unproducible” theater allows the company to challenge the limitations of what is possible in theater, through courage and creativity.
Rachel holds a BA in Theatre from the University of Maryland, with a focus in stage management. Putting those stage management skills into practice, Rachel oversees Capacity Interactive’s Digital Marketing Boot Camp for Arts Marketers as well as managing the Capacity Interactive office. She also oversees Capacity’s lead generation tool Leadacity and this website. When not in the office, you can find her working events at Ars Nova, or seeing a concert at Rockwood Music Hall. Rachel is a proud artistic associate and founding member of the DC Pointless Theatre Company.
Kaily manages the Google AdWords accounts for Capacity Interactive. Her background includes three years as an Analytical Lead at Google’s office in Atlanta. While at Google she managed the AdWords of many large international companies in the travel and technology sectors. Prior to Google, Kaily received her bachelor of arts at Stanford University where she majored in International Relations. Kaily grew up in Hawaii and works remotely in Southern California. When she’s not “optimizing” you can find her out in the surf or playing ultimate frisbee
